This weekend (2/27) marks six months in business, and in that time we’ve brought 60,000 baked goods to you.

 

Every danish. Every donut. Every cake. Made from scratch by hand in a 900 square foot bakery running at full capacity.

 

No production line. No factory team. Just one small space and a lot of long nights.

 

Each week, new families walk through our doors. Familiar faces become part of the rhythm. Kids point to their favorite flavors. The line keeps showing up.

 

The community keeps growing. That’s real support.

 

We are not creating scarcity on purpose. We’re simply operating at max capacity, and this space can only produce so much right now. We’re growing intentionally as we prepare to welcome our first child.

 

When you pour your heart into something, negative and anonymous commentary can sting. We’re human.

 

But the mission hasn’t changed:

Build a real community.

Bring delicious baked goods to that community.

Have fun doing it.
