Hello Community!

 

What an overwhelmingly positive experience Sunday was…wow! You all truly showed up and showed out. I was blown away by your kindness, support, and positivity. Let’s keep this momentum going as we share a lot of creative (and delicious) fun together this Fall.

 

A quick note about the bakery: right now, it’s just me in the kitchen…baking each pastry by hand, from scratch, through the night. This is my passion and what I live for, but it does mean there’s a natural limit to how much I can produce.

 

Because of that, selling out will likely happen more often than not, at least in these early days. I hope you’ll understand that while my dream is to grow quickly to serve more of you, for now I’m working within the realities of a small shop and a one-man team.

 

Here’s how you can stay in the loop:

  • Website, Instagram, and Facebook will always be updated weekly with operating hours, location, a peek at featured items, and any important announcements.

  • Emails will be sent weekly.

 

A few quick answers to common questions:
 

 Location: 10 Wallace Ave, Downingtown, PA
 

 Hours (soft opening phase):

  • Friday 8/29: 6:30am – sell out

  • Saturday 8/30: 7:30am – sell out

  • Sunday 8/31: 7:30am – sell out
    *We will be solidifying consistent hours soon

 

 What we’re baking:

Our menu changes often, but you can expect a rotating selection of pastries like danishes, donuts, hand pies, pop tarts, muffins, cinnamon buns, cookies, croissants, and more sweet treats. (Gluten-free options coming later this Fall) 

 

I’m absolutely ecstatic to be here and so grateful to everyone who stopped by last weekend.

I can’t wait to meet even more of you soon. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
